A randomised, placebo-controlled, double-blind trial with 20 participants (13 female, 7 male) aged 18–65 years. Subjects had confirmed prediabetes and mild-to-moderate hyperlipidaemia. They received either SesaVita™ (500 mg/day) or a placebo alongside therapeutic lifestyle changes for 6 weeks.
The study measured changes in serum lipid profiles and glycaemic levels at weeks 3 and 6. Safety was evaluated through physical examination and clinical laboratory tests.
